While looking for the next idea, I turned to one of my Facebook groups and found Paris Baguette Café, a South Korean chain which just opened in Franklin County (Ohio Capital Region). While I've gone to an indie where east meets west, and have Korean TV shows on at home all the time, this could work here too.
