Once again, there was a commercial for another chain that we don't have in this part of the state just yet. This time, it's Floor & Décor. I first saw it in the Capital Region in Colonie Center in Albany County and the closest to me so far is in Henrietta in Monroe County. Tile Town and Carpet One Floor & Home would be a close enough competitor as opposed to another big box like Home Depot or Lowes. Time to get creative and bring them to other regions at long last:
North Syracuse - former Zayre/Ames/Staples, Northern Lights Plaza, US 11 & S Bay Rd (confirmed for late 2025/early 2026, pictured above)
New Hartford - former Macys, Sangertown Square; NY 5 & 5A
Auburn - former Sears or JCPenney, Fingerlakes Mall; NY 5 & US 20

Cortland - former flea market, Riverside Plaza; NY 13
Big Flats - former Sears, Arnot Mall; CR 35
Fulton - former kmart, River Glen Plaza; NY 481 & CR 57
Watertown - former Sears or Christmas Tree Shops, Salmon Run Mall; NY 3 & CR 100
Oswego - former Gordmans/Peebles; NY 104
